Bought a G&G Scar L at a massive discount due to their Christmas sale and was ecstatic when it arrived. This was short lived as upon opening the box the hop up was broken and needed to be replaced. I went in to the store as it is only an hour away and the staff couldn't have been more apologetic. They took the required parts off the shelf and fixed the rifle right there and then for me at no charge. After 15 minutes looking at my future purchases in their show room I was away again with a fully working gun. Great service.
